What I teach
I teach simple creative practices that help women reconnect with themselves, build confidence, and trust their own voice. Through art, affirmations, journaling, and self-expression, I encourage a gentler, more intuitive approach to creativity that focuses on growth rather than perfection.
Who it’s for
My workshops and courses are for women who feel called to something more. Women who are tired of self-doubt, overthinking, and holding themselves back, and who are ready to embrace their creativity, trust themselves more deeply, and express who they truly are.
How I hold Space
I create welcoming, supportive spaces where there is no pressure to be perfect and no expectation to create something "good." My role is to guide, encourage, and inspire, helping women feel safe to explore, experiment, and express themselves freely.

Creativity is about so much more than making art. It helps us connect with ourselves, process our experiences, build confidence, and discover new possibilities. When we create, we learn to trust our instincts, listen to our inner voice, and express who we truly are.

Hi, I’m Liz Ross is a Manchester-based Wellbeing Artist with a passion for digital and mixed-media art. My colourful, expressive work is created to inspire joy, connection, and reflection. Through a blend of traditional and digital techniques, I create uplifting artwork that encourages you to reconnect with yourself, embrace your creativity, and see the beauty within.
Alongside my art practice, I am the host of the podcast Empowering the Artist Within, where I explores creativity, confidence, and personal growth with artists and creatives from around the world.
